For over three decades, our family has continued to cook all of our meats and sauces from scratch. We also make our guacamole and chips fresh each day! Our talented Uncles still hand shred our chicken and butcher our USDA select beef in-house. We know that the quality of our ingredients and the time and care we put into creating our foods makes the difference to our loyal customers.
Additionally, we offer an extensive and well put together section of our menu devoted to our vegetarian amigos. From our delicious Spinach Quesadillas with fresh spinach and corn melted with Monterrey jack cheeses, to our famous Tofu Black Bean Tacos – It is important to us that everyone’s dietary needs are accounted for (this includes people with allergies and gluten sensitivity). Our menu dishes are marked with a gluten free icon to ensure quick ordering for those with allergies. Our servers and managers are trained to educate our customers about our food ingredients. We do not use any lard or MSG in our foods and our frying oil is a trans-fat-free soy blend.
